(September 21, 2018, 8:52 pm)I biked on the Prairie Spirit Trail from Garnett to Richmond and back. The trail was in very good shape, with fine gravel in the countryside and pavement in Garnett. There was a lot of shade in this stretch of the rails-to-trails path between towns. There also is a surprisingly long bridge over a large creek.
Richmond only offers bathroom facilities, but I appreciate that. My only disappointment was that the trail was a bit narrower than I expected. We had a good time and I would be happy to bike on the Prairie Spirit Trail again. -
