Flowers by Ruzen Florist & Flower Delivery

I could not have been more pleased in dealing with Ruzen's florist recently. The gentleman who answered the phone and helped me was so very pleasant and knowledgeable about his product. My sister actually recommended them to me if I wanted to order from a local florist. I live in Ohio and wanted to send my sister something lovely for Christmas. I called Ruzen"s and explained what I wanted to do, and they suggested a couple of "specials" they were offering at the time. I chose one that had many Ohio connections, and it was delivered that afternoon to my sister. She was so pleased!! She sent me a picture of what she received, and it was absolutely beautiful! I was delighted with what I saw. I will continue using Ruzen's for my floral needs in the future. I would highly recommend them to you!

Christina assisted me and walked me through the process over the phone. She was so kind and accommodated a special request I had for the bouquet to ensure in was personalized for my family! We used them for our wedding recently and they did a fantastic job. From the start they were very knowledgeable and helped us turn our vision into a reality. Jack is a super sweet person who really helped to make our wedding day the perfect day. I'm a huge fan of wildflowers and Jack was able to resource all local wildflowers for our arrangements and bouquets and it turned out beautifully. We even got to incorporate some seed pods that I hand picked. It was great working with him.
