  Even with all the flooding going on there, the crew there is doing an amazing job keeping access to everything open and all the utility On operational.

  Great lake and we had a great time! We'll definitely be back. We were initially not pleased with our experience as our boat wasn't in the greatest shape when we picked it up. After talking to the manager Mike about our experience, he was very kind and even credited us part of the cost to rent. I was very impressed with how he handled himself. Nice to have something like this close in the KC metro without having to go to Lake of the Ozarks or Branson for a rental experience.

  I had a blast here. Just recently had my first Perry experience. The ramp was well maintained and clean. The ramp wasn't broke up concrete, well intact. I would have rather went to bathroom outside then in the port-potty though. Safety was used well here on personal boats. No one was to loud or over the top so we enjoyed our experience. I loved the trees and peacefulness. I didn't mind getting in the water either. I would hands down go back and pay again to go.
