  I rolled in on a Saturday morning [WINTER weather] with a flat tire I needed fixed and they were BUSY. I don't live in Gardner and am not a 'regular customer'. Waited about 1 hour and the cost was the same that I've paid 10 yrs ago! EXCELLENT service at a very reasonable price. As good as it gets ...

  I have to say these guys will take care of you. I have been coming to Big O for years. Everything from farm truck tires, machinery tires to my wife's SUV. You will get a straight honest answer and quality work from these guys. Les will make sure everything is done right...every time!

  Just to make it clear not all Big O Tires compare to mine in Gardner, KS.

  I recently had a nail in my tire, (and I wasn't able to get serviced at one of the Big Box stores) so that afternoon I stopped into BOT. Even though there were 12 people ahead of me, BOT was able to complete the job before close of business that same day. Not only did they complete the job, but they also provided me with excellent customer service. Anymore, good customer service seems so hard to find, so I wanted to pass along my wonderful experience. Thank you, Big O Tires! I will definitely be back!
