  Looking to relocate from California into the Gardner area, Stephanie has been the most helpful and informative leasing consultant I have spoken to so far. I have also spoken to the other office staff (Brandy and Josh I believe) and appreciate the care and attention each one has also delivered. The Reserve at Moonlight is at the top of my list!

  My husband and I are very pleased with how Stephanie was very attentive to our specific needs at Moonlight. As soon as we called to schedule a viewing of our possible new home, Stephanie took care of us immediately. She made sure to go over every detail about our apartment and lease. She gave and showed nothing but professionalism as well as comfort and treated us more than just customers. In times, where we did need additional assistance with our apartment, Stephanie was our ‘go-to’ lady because she was reliable, on-time, and stuck to her word at all times! We are extremely satisfied with all the effort and hard work she presented to us and it’s safe to say that other residents at Moonlight as very pleased with her as well. Thank you Stephanie very much for making us feel special and very welcomed during our residency at Moonlight Apartments!

  Nice property. Good area. Staff seems nice too, but Stephanie that helped me was A1. I thought she was the manager she was so on top of things and knowledgeable. I’d recommend the place from my experience there.

  I just want to let people know if you are looking for a great apartment with a great management team and staff that is well kept up and maintained the reserve at moonlight in Gardner Kansas is the place to be. I have toured many properties in the Kansas city area and have experienced many types of people that represent those properties and have found that the manager Brandi and her staff including the maintenance were the most knowledgeable and respectful I have encountered I really enjoyed speaking with them and touring the apartments. I look forward to having my mother moving into this great community with this great staff.

  I had a friend recommend these apartments to me since they knew I just moved to the area and was looking for an apartment. Brandii was a great help with all of my questions! She made the experience a lot less overwhelming and so much more fun! The apartments looked great and just what I've been searching for in my budget and close to my new job.
