(August 15, 2018, 9:01 pm)Great place. Great trainers. If you want to take control of your health do it. Before H&H my cholesterol was shockingly high for a 24 year old. After joining and committing I dropped my cholesterol by 60 points. They continue to inspire and make me strive to be healthy. If you are ready for change check this place out. It is worth it.

They help you achieve your goals with a personalized and innovative fitness plan and diet plan. The equipment is top of the line and the gym is always clean. Encouraging and committed is Christina’s middle name, because that’s what you get when you work with her and her team. Christina and her team show passion and commitment to each client, which in my opinion is a fantastic quality to have.
