We buy one of their yearly packages and they remind me when we need the furnace or the air conditioner serviced. All their service men have been respectful and polite. Great job, Top Notch!

(September 17, 2018, 10:29 pm)We are satisfied customers of Top Notch. Many years ago, we first called them for emergency service. They were prompt, helpful, and did not overcharge. Accordingly, we scheduled them for regular service. We were so happy with the service that, when it came time to replace our furnace and AC, we purchased new models from Top Notch. which have worked fine, and have continued with their service.

Every Top Notch service person that comes is capable and courteous, respectful to the customer, and a pleasure to deal with. For example, they always put plastic covers on their shoes before walking into the house. They do not try to upsell us with services or products that we do not need. If I need a new part, like an air filter, they will tell me how soon I really need it and how much I might save buying it elsewhere, which may or may not be worth the savings.
All in all, we have found Top Notch to be reliable and trustworthy. As a result, we never worry about our heating and air conditioning.
