My name is Andi, I am the new store manager of the Marshall drive location, I have been in this business for over a decade, simply new to this store . I am absolutely broken hearted and apologetic for the experiences everyone has suffered through upon visiting our store. This is for most the most important day of so many lives, it is exceptionally inappropriate to have received this treatment. I am here to make a change, for those who have left due to the experience and have no desire to come back, I don’t blame you one bit.
