(September 14, 2023, 12:19 am)Facility works by appointment only. You can check in early however you probably won't get a door until appointment time. You can park on tge side of the street. Staff is ver professional
(September 5, 2023, 9:44 am)My appointment time was at 6:00 am. They get me door at 7:00am. Thanks to forklift guy I was ontime on my pickup at 8:00am in Kansas City MO. Thanks again!!
(August 24, 2023, 4:01 pm)Arrived at 06:30 for a 11:00 appointment. Didn’t get a door till 10:00. Started unloading at 11:00 and empty at 11:45. They do not unload before appointment I found out.

There is parking on the street if you want to park overnight like I did
Bumped the dock at 6:30am no problem. The forklift operators on shift was A1
