  Excellent gym! Great equipment, friendly people and knowledgeable staff. Much better than going to a large chain gym. Here you can get the personal attention you need no matter what shape you're in and they'll help you reach your personal fitness goals. I highly recommend checking it out, I'm 100% confident you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

  Great group of trainers. I highly recommend Fitness Journey if you want to get in shape and build some muscle. You can also buy your supplements here, and they only sell what they use themselves.

  John's 1st rule: Follow the"3 S's- Sleep, Stretch and Sex, LOTS OF EACH"
  Great, relaxed atmosphere. Much better vibe than any chain gym. Personal training that is focused on proper movement and form.
  Truly professional coaching. John knows how to convey the value of fitness, without the hype. If you're considering personal training, I Highly recommend!

  This team has really put together the perfect place to continue my fitness journey. The equipment is brand new and I appreciate not having to wait for machines. I also like the boutique feel. The trainers are the bomb! They are incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how to best utilize your time to achieve your personal goals. Not only are they great at coaching, encouraging and pushing you to be better, they also have an insight to show you things you never thought possible. I love working with the team at Fitness Journey!
