Dr. Ruban was great- he never pretended to ‘know it all’ but ordered just the right tests and nothing more to diagnose me a fractured sternum- something I never expected! My team of three nurses (mid-day on New Year’s Eve) was also absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way to keep my comfortable, informed, and got my I-V in perfectly the first time ????. Front desk was also great. I had rushed in without my insurance card but was treated immediately, and the front desk personnel were happy to help me get my bill sorted out with insurance once I received it (I stopped back in). Saved the best part for last- that bill I received without insurance was only for $600 and change. I have never been to an E.R. in which I could have paid for scans beyond x-rays out of pocket had I needed to. Very ethical emergency room, highly recommended!
