We chose Bath Fitter based on the value and the very high recommendation from the in-laws who in the course of 15 + years updated 3 different bathrooms with the company. From our initial consult, to the calls in-between and final installation everything ran smoothly, on time and on budget. Josh did a fantastic job and we love our new tub and shower walls. Wish I could post our before and after pics.
Just had my bath done by Bath Fitter, wish I had before pictures to share but to put it mildly it was grouse. Josh showed up and its a different room all together.
Can say enough about our installer Josh, professional, courteous, very polite and committed to doing a great job. I don't usually give anyone or thing five stars, but for all the work Josh did to get that mess back to a bath he deserves 10 stars.
If I had another bath to have done I'd stay with Bath Fitter and insist on Josh to be the installer. I'm sure all of Bath Fitters installers are good, but not writing a review on those that I didn't have contact with.

I am very impressed with Bath Fitter. I really appreciated Warren, the sales associate who worked with me, and his no-pressure and informative in-house visit. It made it very comfortable for me to choose Bath Fitter. Erin, our installer, was a champ and, having run into unexpected problems with some structural issues behind my shower walls, worked a long 12-hour day. He did a fantastic job and left my bathroom looking better than ever. I considered doing a remodel of my bath and shower on my own but my 92 year-old mother lives with me and I did not want to put her through a days or weeks long construction process. Bath Fitter’s one-day service was the only way to go for me. I’m beyond satisfied.
we are using Bath Fitter to redue our shower the products are amazing very good quality the sales specialists very knowledgeable and friendly didn't try to push us into purchasing their shower unit. The price is very affordable. We can't wait until it's finished. The best part it will only take one day!
We decided to go with Bathfitter on a bathroom update. The price was right and they were very responsive. Got great sales support from Bryon and the installer - Josh - was on time, very friendly and professional, and did a great job getting everything installed and explaining how to take care of our new shower. I would recommend them and glad we chose them. Thinking about calling them for another project!
