  Service was top notch. Food was FANTASTIC. Probably the best food I have ever had. Nothing but positive things to say. Girlfriend and I have been here twice. People that give this place a bad review need to have their head checked. Or they are just complaining so they can get something free. Keep up the good work Silo Modern Farmhouse! Girlfriend and I will continue to return and enjoy a fabulous unique meal that you cannot get anywhere else!

  The pork shoulder was so tender, juicy and flavorful. The brussel sprouts and potatoes to go along with it were wonderful too ! My husband had the shrimp and angel hair pasta, the sauce was out of this world. We will be back ! It was a lovely place and the waitress was so informative, cheerful and excellent at what she did. Can't wait to come back here.

  If my next visits are as pleasant as my first two, I have a new favorite. First visit was with a group where most of the salads were tried. Thumbs up all around, especially the beet and the salmon. The vegetable pot pie was great comfort food although could use more veggies. Second visit was one of the best club sandwiches and the mozzarella flatbread was outstanding.
  Evening wait staff were pleasant, anxious to please but slow and definite newbies. Lunch staff was sharp and well versed.

  First, this place is beautiful! Second, the menu has a large variety, from sandwiches to pasta, all made from scratch in-house! Goat cheese and brie appetizer, amazing, the shrimp pasta, was done perfectly and the flavor of the sauce was perfection. My husband had the chicken/fried chicken entree, cooked to perfection, tender, and all of the sides were perfect! There was also a pork entree my friend had, WOW, I'm glad we all shared a couple of bites! Last but not least, 30 layer chocolate cake, oh yes, please!!
  
  The cocktail and drink menu was also stellar, a wide variety of custom and classic cocktails, with a wide range of wine and beer!
  
  The silo when pulling up at night is lit up and gorgeous, I saw the massive window in the dining room, overlooking the waterfall and golf course, but we were in at night, so I'll have to come back at lunch for that view!
  
  Last but not least, service was amazing, I work in the industry and have for 20+ years, not one complaint!
  
  Fantastic all around, great job!!
