One of the great things, is when I'm done, I can't wait to come back and do it again! If you are looking for an honest, clean, new fit "home", this is it!!

(February 18, 2017, 12:10 pm)I must admit I was nervous to try the class BodyPump but I was put to ease by the "feel" of the space. Lots of smiles, people of all levels of fitness, and personal help if needed. Top notch equipment too. You may have your favorite trainer but all trainers are qualified and extremely capable. At the end of my class I was smiling and I plan to return.

Perfect for the seasoned athlete and the new beginner. PLUS! My seven year old talked about how wonderful Miss Michele was in the Child Watch Area. ????????????????
