“I live in a one bedroom unit, the floor plan is “The Elm”. I especially like the spacious bedroom and the BIG walk in closet. So much more storage space than a one-rod sliding door closet more normally found at this price point. Bath is nice sized with tub/shower and large vanity. Galley kitchen has older appliances but they are all fully functional. I cook virtually all my own meals so I appreciate that. In the eight years I have lived here, maintenance has replaced my toilet flush valve, kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, oven “bake” cal-rod unit, and dishwasher. All of these repairs were done within a reasonable time period and completed correctly the first time. (New dishwasher is sweet). The new ownership has improved the lighting around the parking and common areas and upgraded laundry, pool, and fitness areas. I guess you would say that I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend to everyone.”
