This is the only mechanic I trust my car to be serviced through. Air conditioner issues, new tires, or simple oil changes, they will make sure you get a sustainable solution that is fair on price. Great place!
I had a great experience here. My car was making a terrible grinding sound seemingly without reason. They listened to me when I made an appointment and saved the notes so when I brought my car in the technician was already aware of the issue. My car was in and out within half a day. Quick service and reasonably priced.
I can tell you that these last couple of negative reviews are absolutely absurd. I have used Auto Worlds / Star Motors numerous times with my vehicles, and am incredibly impressed. They are always polite and courteous, prices are incredibly fair, and their work is great. I recommend them to all of my friends and co-workers. I will continue to use them for all of my automotive needs, and gladly give them my business.
Awesome customer experience! Up front pricing estimates. No hassle and super friendly customer service. I thought I needed a new muffler, and was ready to spend a ton of money on getting one replaced. Low and behold, they checked it out, and told me I would be just fine with a minor weld repair instead of replacing the whole thing. Saved me roughly $400. They also gave me a ride to my work, and didn't even think twice about it. Don't hesitate to take your car here.
Up until now I have wondered if I was getting the right advice, the right service at the right price. Lance and Ray are the real deal and have found a place where I don't have to think about that anymore.
On a side note- If you are a racing fan at all you have to love Ray and the pics on the wall! Ray set a standard of excellence in racing that he and Lance have brought to their shop as well. I needed some service done, took my vehicles in, checked them out, told me what Needed to be done, What should be watched and what would be needed in the near future. Then they said something I didn't expect- You could do this but if it was my car I wouldn't and here is why. I love a place where I can trust the advice as if it were their vehicle! Last but not least they did what they said and did it for the right price!
