  Jason Otto is a great service consultant. Always a pleasure to talk to, trustworthy and takes the time to explain the recommended services without pressuring or talking down to clients. It’s evident that he prepares thoroughly for client appointments by reviewing the service records ahead of time. His high level of customer service makes me feel comfortable and actually look forward to taking my vehicle in for servicing. Much appreciated.

  Lauren reached out over a year ago to see if there was interest in trading in my Q7, though the timing wasn't right then; we revisited our options during the pandemic and again decided to hang tight. She was always very pleasant, never pressured, always understanding; and the patient paid off for me to eventually get in an A4 which was meant to be and the perfect fit! I appreciate all the extra steps taken to provide GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Bought a Q7 at Audi Shawnee Mission from Lauren MacDonald. Lauren was super helpful during the whole car buying process. She gave us an extremely fair price and overall great deal. I would recommend anyone to go see Lauren at Audi Shawnee Mission when looking for a new car. We will definitely be back to Lauren and Shawnee Mission Audi for the next car we need.

  This has been the BEST new car experience we have had in our life! The dealership isn’t fancy (they are in a temporary location while they are building) but our salesperson, Lauren was fantastic! She was brand new when we walked in and was still learning about Audi’s but was so personable and listened to what we wanted with absolutely no pressure. We bought an A5 that they had at another dealership but when we got home my husband had second thoughts about the color and called her the next day. She was wonderful about it and walked us through the order process to have one built. Lauren kept us posted on the progress and we picked it up TODAY! If you are looking for a car call Lauren MacDonald!! She will take very good care of you and you will have fun with the process.

  Audi Shawnee Mission is the only place I will go for my two Audi's. Michelle in the service department is fantastic. The first time I called in to set an appointment she was very helpful and shortly after our call she texted me her cell telling me to save it in my phone for quicker communication. I brought my car in for service and got a brand new 2018 Q5 which was unexpected and made my day. It was a blast to drive for the few days I had it. Michele kept me in the loop throughout the process with everything that was taking place and when I picked up my car it was washed and ready to go. My experience with this new dealership was far and away a better experience than I would have ever expected. Especially considering I came in to get work done on my cars which is generally a not great experience at any other shop. By the way, they have a custom coffee maker that is unreal. It's worth coming in just for that alone.
  
  On my third time in the, GM came over to say hi and we had a really nice conversation. I didn't even know he was the GM until about 5 minutes into the conversation. This place is far and away a better choice than the other Audi dealership in KC!
