  Poula was GREAT to work with. We had everything worked out before I even got to the dealership. He answered all of my questions via text/call/email, whatever was easier for me at the time. He was not “pushy” one of my biggest pet peeves about going to a dealership. The dealership itself was absolutely gorgeous. They were all very polite and assisted you with anything you needed. Definitely would recommend

  I had the pleasure of working with salesman Poula Fayek. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and very pleasant. I was very impressed by the lack of sales pressure or any bias from him. The staff at Infiniti are very professional and friendly. I wasn't really looking to purchase a vehicle, but ended up driving one home that day!!

  Beautiful dealership! Flew across the country with my grandfather and to pick up his dream Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Robert could not have made the experience easier. He texted my grandfather the entire time and sent a driver to pick us up. We were welcomed by three very professional gentlemen who had the Jeep sitting at the front of the dealership when we arrived with a customized sign congratulating him on his purchase. We spent 10 minutes in the dealership, got a complimentary drink from their Coke Freestyle machine, and paid quickly.
  
  So many amazing people who helped us as we needed to get in and out quickly! Thank you so much!! Could not recommend Robert or this dealership more highly.

  What an awesome dealership. They really take care of the customer. From the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out with keys, the experience was top notch. The salesman coordinated everything well so that everything flowed smoothly. I am used to being at a dealership for several hours and it be an agonizing process. We were in and out in just over an hour. To top it off, a couple of days later, the dealership sent flowers to our house thanking us for our business. We will continue to buy and service our cars at Infiniti Kansas City. I just can't say enough good things. They have their act together in every way.
