My wife ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. It took 4 days short of 4 months for it to arrive, which was not the dealer's fault. However, upon delivery, I wish the salesman would've taken more time to show us all of the features and workings of the new auto. I know that they are commission workers and spending time with an already sold customer doesn't feed the cat but for my wife, this was an exciting and important moment. If I wouldn't have asked some key questions we would have been searching through the manual to find out what we should have been told at the dealership. They can do better.
What an outstanding experience! We HIGHLY recommend you make the drive from wherever you are to purchase. Dan had everything ready to go so that when we arrived to purchase our chosen Rubicon, almost everything was done allowing us minimal time at the dealership. He told us how long it would take, and he was spot on. Super knowledgeable about our vehicle, he answered questions we didn’t know we had. During our short wait time, Reed chocolate bars were handed out (big ones!) and the closing gift was beautiful. Reed and Dan Degroff for the win!!!
I’ve bought several used cars in the KC area over the last year and a half and can say Reed Jeep is as good as any dealership I’ve been to. I got to work with Korey Small who was great. He was great at correspondence and seemed like he genuinely cared about giving me a good experience. He also kept the sales process low pressure which I really appreciated. Was honest and trustworthy the whole time

Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to go when we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership.
Unfortunately, at no fault to the dealer, on our way home we noticed the transmission had a shudder to it. Which made us very concerned and not sure if we wanted to keep the vehicle.
We called first thing the next morning, and let them know our concerns, we took it back to them and they put us in a loaner vehicle while they looked into it.
While it has been in service we have been working with Raul - Sales Manager, Greg the Service Manager and Frank the Service Advisor. They have all been fantastic at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions I have had. Frank has called and sent messages with each update, I truly appreciated knowing what was going on each day.
The Vehicle needed a transmission to resolve its issue. They got it approved with Zurich to have it replaced and I should have my vehicle back within the next week. (So process is taking a little less than 2 weeks - Not bad considering what the vehicle needs).
So 10/10 Recommend the Sales Department and Service Department for any vehicle needs.

The new dealership is beautiful and the staff is excellent at what they do. Frank is a pretty close #2 to Zach btw, and Greg is the Service Manager. Stop by and see these guys if you need your Jeep Dodge Chrysler or Ram serviced! You're in great hands!
