(March 9, 2018, 8:31 am)Rob is an excellent manager of the service department there at Baron. He's honest, personable, responds timely and doesn't try to upsell like the service folks do. This is a dealership so everything is going to be more costly but they always do good work and I get a loaner if I need it. I've been a few times and will definitely use them again. My BMW is now 10 years old, so my baby's needing more work. This will be the place I'll continue to use.
