I know there is usually some wait time at the doctor but an hour? I felt rushed, didnt get to bring up lots if questions and didnt have the time to do my pap. Time I got back to work I was gone 2 hours without what I was there for. Dr. F is very knowledgeable, helpful and had answers but now that I gave ti make another appointment to go for what I was scheduled for, not happy.
I seen Dr. Isaac Johnston today.
I was happy with how polite he was; how empathetic he immediately seemed, too. Very good at listening and showed true concern to every issue I brought up.
Awesome experience. Recommended.
I wish I would have found this place sooner. Ever since I’ve been in Dr. Johnston’s care, I’ve never felt the need to worry or have doubt of my health. He takes my concerns very serious and actually listens to me and takes immediate action (no matter how small they are). That’s why I highly recommend him for any medical needs. Not to mention the office gets you in for an appointment on the same day if possible. Best place hands down.
I've been going to this doctor's office since I was a little kid. I've retired one doctor and now have a new doctor that's about my age with kids the same age as mine, so he's easy to relate to. People here really care. If you call in when they open they will do everything they can to find an open appointment that day, even if it's with a different doctor.
The urgent care side is a bit questionable sometimes. I'd give it 3 stars. We've had a couple of miss-diagnosis, one of which was pretty major and landed my 3 year old in the ER with a bad intestinal bacterial infection when we were out of town. The urgent care Doctor was convinced it was worms, and that we all had worms and didn't do any kind of blood test. Turned out all my son had to do was poop in a bowl at the ER and they had the results back to me in 3 hours.
