(July 11, 2018, 10:03 am)70 days into our claim we were getting the run around from one of the largest insurance companies in America.
Day 71 we hired Stokes Public Adjusters. Day 71 Ken worked on our claim, read and interpreted the confusing language in our
policy and immediately communicated with our insurance company. He is incredibly responsive, always answered his phone and did every thing he said he would.
He is a man of his word. Day 73 the claim was settled (no low ball either) and the check was put in the mail. His fee was nominal and the difference was made up
in the insurance policy benefits he discovered and pursued. I was going to hire a lawyer and Kenny helped us for less than half of what the lawyer was going to charge us.
No recovery - no fees. -

He is also very friendly and caring to his clients, and poses an intelligent and aggressive approach to the insurance companies when they attempt to not pay for what his clients are owed.

(April 10, 2018, 12:32 am)Kenny is a generous guy full of integrity! He couldn't directly help me with my insurance situation because of the state laws where I live, but he pointed me in the right direction in how to handle my claim, giving me great advice with nothing in it for himself.
Glad I called him, HIGHLY recommend!
