During my time here I had a special situation, another time late rent; I was treated with dignity and warmth (during a stretch in my life when I really needed that). I think Laura is as nice as you can be as as a business owner without being taken advantage of. Olathe Self Storage also had the best price I found in the area.

I moved out of town and I had an issue trying to notify her about my intent to vacate the unit (totally my fault, probably forgot to hit send on the email) but Laura went above and beyond to help me out! (June 16, 2021, 12:05 am)Clean, secure, affordable storage. We kept a small unit here for a few years. Then we switched to a larger unit while we transitioned to a home in another state. I've been unpacking things for a few weeks now, and it is hard to believe this stuff sat for months in storage. We put stuff in storage because we wanted to keep it. I am so happy we stored it with Olathe Self Storage.
