  I am a RE investor in CA and have worked with Steve Day at Day Realty Group for more than 5 years; purchased a dozen single family homes and sold a few as well.
  
  What I noticed at the beginning and thoughout the years I have worked with him is that he was always looking after MY interest. He told me so many times to "forget about it" when the properties I sent him to check were not worth considering. He is always willing to work with me although the houses I purchase for my investment are VERY low-priced homes. I feel guilty sometimes to ask him to go and look at these "cheap" houses, but he never turned me down and was always very professional.
  
  Also, another point that I noticed and liked from the very beginning is that he always gets back to me "right away" if I send him email or text. Since that is how I work with people, I really appreciate his work ethics.
  
  I wish to continue working with him for many years to come and recommend highly to anybody who is looking for a great Realtor to work with in Kansas City and nearby cities in KS & MO.

  Steven was awesome! As first time home buyers we wanted to look at every house under the sun in order to find the perfect match. Steven was beyond accommodating and patient. We didn’t have a specific suburb picked so we looked in almost every city surrounding Kansas City. We finally found our match in Grandview, MO. Steven made the whole process was seamless and was able to put everything in terms normal people could understand. A couple years later we decided to sell and move further south to Raymore, MO. Steven was the man for the job. Again, he made it super easy and painless. Just this last summer my mother needed to sell her house in Archie, MO and Steven did that one as well. GREAT JOB!
