Dr. Walmann, and staff were friendly, and competent. I was put at ease immediately. I was referred by my dentist in Ottawa for a root canal. I had one other root canal done on one of my molars. It was not a good experience, and I was very nerveous regarding this one, mainly because it was one of my small bottom front teeth. Because the tooth was small, brokage during the proceduce could have occurred. However, Dr. Walmann and assistant made me feel comfortable, and confident in their abilities immediately. When I left their office, they reassured me that if I had ANY pain or problems call immediately, and I would receive immediate attention. Fortunately, there were no complications. As a precaution, I was seen twice more which was included in the original price. I would recommend Dr. Walmann and staff if your regular D.D.S. can't assist you or you are looking for a doctor that can help with dental needs.
Just had the last part of my (first ever) root canal this morning and couldn't appreciate Dr. Walmann and his staff more. They gave extremely professional service while making an attempt to get to know me personally - you don't find that often. I would highly recommend Dr. Walmann and his services to anyone ...and already have!
I was thoroughly pleased with the friendly, professional people who assisted me. They were both kind and funny. I would definitely recommend anyone in need of an endodontist to consider Dr. Wallman.
Root canal went smoothly and I was surprised how quickly they were finished. The only pain was the numbing shots and the assistant was excellent to help during the numbing shots.
I had a really bad tooth with deep infection. I had several follow up visits and each visit was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. His assistant was very welcoming and so funny which helped put me at ease. They explained everything before they did it which made it less scary! I would recommend this dentists to family and friends.
