(August 21, 2018, 5:09 pm)I have only had a positive experience with this group. The office staff is pleasant and does well with my children. Appointments tend to remain on time. The office is kept clean appears organized. I never feel rushed. Our concerns are always met and reassurance is provided. I continue to recommend preferred pediatrics to friends and family and I will continue to take my children to this group.

(July 27, 2018, 5:09 pm)Sad to see dr. Miller go. He is the best doctor we’ve ever seen after moving several times we always go back to him. Wish the front desk staff (one person in particular) along with a few nurses had better customer service and just were kinder and the wait was shorter as we waited 1.5 hours today but over all this is a good establishment.

(June 14, 2018, 11:02 am)Dr. Shanker was an incredible doctor to my boys as they grew up. He always had the right answers. Even to the strangest questions my boys threw at him! We were so lucky to have such a knowledgeable doctor who always put the boys at ease with his humor.

(February 14, 2018, 9:39 am)Our family loves Preferred Pediatrics! We see Dr. Hettinger primarily, but we have met all four physicians. We initially met with Dr. Hettinger a few weeks before our baby was due and we liked her right away. She is extremely friendly and always takes time to answer all of our questions. She is very straightforward with us regarding any concerns but is careful to calm our nerves the rest of the time. She is of course awesome with our daughter, who loves her. All four physicians are wonderful to work with. The staff will always try to schedule you with your primary doctor, but will balance that with getting you in as soon as possible. So we have seen each of the other doctors a time or two, and they are all terrific!
Our daughter has always enjoyed going to the doctor's office and I attribute that in part to their facility and staff. The slide and toys in the waiting room are super fun, and are always thoroughly cleaned! The Lego themed office features cool pictures of Lego animals and lots of bright colors. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful both in person and over the phone. The nurses and support staff are great and call back quickly when I leave a message.
We highly recommend Preferred Pediatrics!
