Salesperson was friendly and respectful. He helped us find the right mattress for us, rather than trying to push us toward the higher end.

We heard from a friend that they have really good deals, but honestly, I didn't do a lot of research either before or after our purchase. I'm too busy catching up on sleep 💤 now that we have a decent mattress! 😂

Great service. Payment plans are way better than going to Aaron’s or rent-a-center. Only thing was I thought it was weird I had to help bring the bed in. So probably need more help. But great experience.

I am very pleased with my mattress purchase from DropBox Olathe! Brett and Bill were extremely helpful and patient through my decision making process. Customer service, follow up and communication were superb. The purchase process was easy and smooth and I couldn’t be happier with my product. I’ve had my mattress about a week now and it’s absolutely wonderful! I’m sleeping much better at night. I highly recommend this company!
