  Yeah we went into the True Value store to get the items that we need and they had everything we needed and they were polite that's my experience

  Great place to get assistance with your needs. there is always someone waiting at the front of the store to assist you immediately when you arrive. that is "top notch service". They also are gracious when you are returning a product, even it was defective, they actually show compassion and understand. Good job to the management team which reflects on how employees engage with customers. I will return again and again, as they continue to impress me.

  Associates are friendly and helpful. Store has a good supply of lots of different items. Can get in and out very quickly.

  Always has hardware, people who know the store and are also friendly. I needed 4 screws and washers of a particular size and they had EXACTLY what I needed. Now my car amp is securely mounted in my trunk!
