He's excited for camp next summer and if not for an already busy schedule during the school year, he would be training with Lars now. He ran really well in cross country this year and I'm sure his training with Lars helped. I started training with Lars in August and I love it. I've gotten stronger and feel more fit. Lars is an awesome coach - he's very motivating, very knowledgeable about fitness and health, and is so good at helping us modify an exercise if something doesn't feel right.”

Do as the codes say ask questions if need be and you will have no problems working with them. I have always have very fast responses to questions and the kind of responses that solve the issues at hand.
