(December 21, 2018, 2:35 pm)I am very pleased that my sales person, Jordan Rucker helped me through the purchasing process. Jordan is a young man just starting out in his career. He has some excellent qualities that will serve him well. He listened carefully to all my questions and answered each one fully. He was not hesitant to find the answers if he was unsure. He went over all the features of the car with me and my husband during our test drive. Jordan understood that I was the purchaser and did not direct his attention to my husband—the guy—during our meetings as previous sales people have done at this dealership. When I left my sunglasses in the trade-in car, he saw that they were retrieved and waiting for me to pick up. I told Jordan that I would see him in four years when I am ready for my next Acura.

The buying process is so fast and easy with everything being electronic! High Tech!! Just sign and drive!! I can't thank our sales person Jim enough for helping us! Laura in finance and Kolton the sales manager were so easy to work with!! This is the third car my family has purchased here and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Sales and service is excellent!!! Dec 2018 As always outstanding service from Carol and her associates! The porter who brought up a rental / loaner car for me even made sure the heat was on as well as the seat heaters since it was such a cold morning! Carol kept in constant contact so I would know exactly when the car would be done!! She is very thorough, polite, helpful, and most friendly!! I always feel my car is in the best hands!

Call desk attendant was very helpful when scheduling appointment. Got in at my convenience. WILL return for future service needs. Actually purchased from the other local dealer. Would NEVER consider returning there for another service call. -

Always offers service specials and never said no to a loaner request. Waiting area is upscale and snack bar is always full. Service area is clean and attentive staff.
