Dr. Nauser and the rest of her staff are nothing short of amazing. They are kind, courteous, respectful, professional, reassuring, helpful, and most have a great sense of humor. Wait times are acceptable, appointment making is a breeze, zero problems with payments or getting codes for my insurance company. The office is incredibly clean and the waiting room is comfortable. I live on the Missouri side of Kansas City so this isn't the closest office of its kind but it's worth the 20min drive to receive the quality of care they provide. Good luck getting care like this in Missouri.
Having been a patient of the Center for Women’s Health for 6 years, I think Dr Traci Nauser, Nurse Practitioner Natalie Wellington, and their staff are all fantastic. Dr Nauser is a straight shooter that’s highly knowledgeable and compassionate.
All the ladies that work here have great sense of humors! Going to OB/Gyno appointments are usually awkward but, they will make you feel right at home. Amber and all the women at the front desk always greet me with a smile. They are more than willing to assist you with any questions. The answers are straight forward with usually a laugh or two in the mean time. A lot of the bad reviews stem from people not wanting to pay their bills and cause unnecessary scenes. They are giving you many services and helping a lot of women in Kansas City, so paying them should never be a problem. If you read your paperwork, it states you must pay up front. I don't know where you are going that you don't have to pay for services. If there are any questions on pricing, they are more than happy to help you. Natalie and Traci will give you all your options and help figure out what works best for you. The nurses go above and beyond here. If you are respectful and have a smile on, you can rest assured you won't want to go anywhere else.
