He & the crew made sure to make accommodations for my daycare kiddos arriving in the morning. He stayed on-site & made sure they had a clear path. The crew was fast & efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done. And the roof looks amazing!!

(November 1, 2022, 7:30 pm)Lloyd was very proactive and responsive. He told me when we scheduled he would beat all other estimates and he was right. He was very flexible with our changing dates and finished quicker than I thought they would. They spent extra time adding flashing and silicone to areas with water concern and went above and beyond with creativity in spots with snow concern. I had a couple of concerns and they were taking care of WITHIN the hour!!! You don't find that kind of service often! Use this company! You will not be disappointed!!!!

They were done in the same day, left my property clean and beautiful. We are extremely happy with the look of our new roof. I highly recommend this team/company. We also used them for the company I work for to do our entire roof.

(September 4, 2022, 7:03 pm)435 Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our old cedar shake roof with grade 4 Impact Resistant shingles! They also replaced our gutters. Everyone was very professional, starting with Brian, and the on site crew did a great job. They kept the yard clean each day and protected the exterior of the home during the replacement. The price was very competitive! I would highly recommend 435 Roofing for any roofing repair/replacement or gutter needs that you have!
