I don’t usually post reviews but my experience with Roxanne has been amazing. I must let people know what a wonderful and positive experience it has been. I was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age! Ever since I can remember I have had stubborn hairs in unwanted areas of my face and because of this I was very depressed and low self esteemed. I did not know if there was a permanent solution to my problem. Plucking and waxing made the problem worse. I stumbled upon electrolysis and decided to give it a shot. Rubi was the first to respond to my call and she was fast at setting up my appointment. In her office everything is spotless and the equipment that she uses is state of the art! The minute you walk in her office you feel comfortable and at ease. 60 minutes with her feel like 10. Times flies fast and she is quick and effective and at the end she pampers your skin! I can not imagine going on this journey of being hair free without Roxanne.
