(February 19, 2022, 11:45 am)We have been attending a series "Retro Housewives", which is fun and interesting. Miss Yvonne is the presenter and she dresses and acts in '50's character. Always a treat to have her as the presenter. This last presentation was about 1950's dress and makeup.
Most of the presentations are in front of a real 1950's house which is inside the museum. -

(January 11, 2018, 11:45 am)Such a wonderful museum! Loved learning the expansive history of Johnson County. They also do a good job addressing the negative aspects of the county’s history (Indian Removal Act, Housing Discrimination, etc.), as well as the positives.
