  These guys are literally the best in KC. Mom and pop shop that knows their stuff. Joe and his son Zach, along with the mechanics always make sure you feel at home and well taken care of. They are honest and don’t ever try to upsell you. One of a kind and affordable. Take your car there, you won’t be disappointed.

  A bit pricy but the had my car fixed in 2 days and has been running good ever since.

  I can not recommend Joe and his team enough. Quest Auto is the one and ONLY mechanic I will utilize and recommend to a friend. The shop is clean and the team is efficient and most of all trustworthy. Joe and team treat all customers fairly and honestly and will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best understanding of your vehicles bill of health. Thanks Joe... for being a breath of fresh air and a trusted vendor.

  Very busy, friendly and good turn-around if you call before coming in for a drop off time. I needed a check and replacement for a speed sensor. Call in, got a time to drop off, they had to order the part no problem! Everything was smooth, easy and everyone was friendly. One gentleman was very helpful in some questions I had and I appreciated that! I also loved that my first visit came with a quote list on things they saw that needed fixing as a recommendation list. I knew I needed a few things so it wasn't a surprise but the fact that they listed that out for me was nice to see how helpful they try to be.
  
  Afterwards I got new tires put on and needed an alignment so I made use of my second trip in for the sensor after the part was in and got my alignment. All went really well :)
  
  Overall it was a great experience and if I need car help again I will more then likely bring it here. They seem like they do just about everything you could need for your vehicle!
