  Love this place! Kylie is a great waxer/staff member! She has me laughing the whole time! The owner is down to earth as well and helped check me out at the front! Very clean! Their little extras like chapstick, exfoliating gloves etc are super cheap! I would definitely recommend this place for all your wax needs!

  I can’t say enough good things about Waxing the City in Overland Park. I have been be MANY salons over time and finding Jordyn has made waxing YES WAXING even enjoyable. She is so kind and so fun and genuinely makes me feel like I’m her favorite client to ever walk in the door. I look forward to my appointments.
  Kristen- the owner has made me feel like part of the family from the very beginning. She is professional yet so welcoming!
  I highly recommend giving them a try. You won’t regret it!

  I cannot say enough good things!! This place is amazing! The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! The place itself was beautiful; very clean. I just received my very first bikini wax by Antinique. Her light and fun personality made the experience so comfortable, not to mention she is very knowledgeable and helped with the aftercare questions I had before I even had to ask them! I would definitely recommend this place!

  Hands down the best place for waxing! I have seen a few people there, but, have been regularly seeing Antinique. She is gentle, yet efficient. She is easy to talk to, and values her clients. It is easy to book an appointment - online or by calling. Make sure to mention that you’re a first time client for 50% off!

  Each of my experiences at Waxing the City Overland Park has been top notch! The staff is always so warm and welcoming. I get right in at my appointment time. The atmosphere is inviting and clean and the estheticians all do a great job! I have personally known the owner Kristen for 13+ years. Her integrity and kindness are unsurpassed. I know she deeply cares about her clients and takes great measures to ensure her customer's satisfaction.

Waxing the City is a little tricky to find (it's on the west side of a shopping center), but worth it. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing.
