Kelli, in customer service, was personable and kept me updated as my repair was pushed back due to an emergency with another customer. My repair was not an emergency. They were easy to work with and got the problem solved in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. All of their staff were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will work with them again!

I felt he was honest and trustworthy, and he made me feel comfortable with the work done. We loved the value, and will definitely recommend them!

(April 24, 2019, 7:55 pm)My A/C failed to turn on this year. A quick call to Ryan at Dick Ray answered my questions and had me set up with a new, efficient, 2-stage Lennox Elite system to be installed a few days later.
I recieved a text reminder the day prior and the morning of my appt letting me know the technician was en-route to my home.
Install was done quickly and the tech left my home as clean as it was when he arrived.
The new system looks great and is nearly silent compared to the old unit. Excited to see the drop in my energy bills next month!
