  Great place! First apartment I got after I moved to the KC area, no desire to move at all. I have not had the same experience that other reviewers have complained about, staff has been very friendly and reasonable. My appliances are all very high quality and remain in good shape. Had a maintenance emergency once and they came and took care of it right away. Only complaint is rent keeps getting raised which is annoying, but that's just how their costs are structured so they eventually become profitable, pretty standard for apartments of similar quality.
  
  Been here for 4 years (about to be 5 in the Spring) and never had the desire to go anywhere else. Keep in mind that reviews need to be filtered before taking them into consideration, people tend to leave reviews in the heat of the moment and when they're in a bad mood. People who get great service are less likely to leave a review than people who are mad about something. Not to mention people exaggerate all the time. There's nothing "cheap" about this place and nobody here is rude by any means.

  We have been living at Kelly Park for over 3 years, and we love it. Rent prices are a great value for what you get. The maintenance staff is not only timely, but they are very friendly as well. The clubhouse staff is awesome! We always get compliments from friends and family that stay at our place about the units and amenities.

  I love living here! First of all the staff is very helpful and kind. I have lived here for over 4 years in 2 different apartment floor plans. Everything is updated and CLEAN. Any time I have had a maintenance request they come within 1 day to repair. I have no complaints and would recommend this community to everyone!!
