(September 25, 2019, 1:14 pm)I have been going here for over 6 yrs! I read reviews for here and for doctors hospital and I'm appalled. I myself have had my share of complaints but they have helped me so much and some of y'all are complaining about things like u have never been here. First off I have had MANY procedures done here and the one thing I can say is this place is not dirty. I have been to some clinics and hospitals (even well established ones) that were DIRTY. Yes sometimes they are short bordering rude. But I have given them my fair share of grief and not always deserved. I have seen others do so too. Its a hard job dealing with us grumpy pain patients and yes we are grumpy and while understandably so when u hurt as bad as we do, its still hard to put up with day in and day out all day long... They have come a long way since I started going... Most staff know and remember you and greet you with a smile. As for todays visit, I meet Dr. Sarpong for the first time... He seems very caring and understanding of what I am going through. Overall, faults and all, They have helped me out alot..

(July 7, 2016, 6:53 pm)I've been going for 7 months now. While it does take hours the day of your appointment, they have been very kind and caring. The neurosurgeon understands pain, he's a Godly man as he's mentioned God without fear of man's judgement, and could see how tired and in pain I was by just looking in my eyes. I can see them for office visits and treatment but my insurance won't pay for surgery, which is a shame because I really trust this man. He still spent 30mins with me knowing he was not going to be able to do the surgery, so it was about me, not the money. My other doctor there also listens and spends time so they can relate and understand what you're going through. I understand people have places to go.. I have to work too.. but they gripe so much when they're waiting yet want a dr. to understand their situation. That takes time, so appt's will be long. Just expect it.
