  I have been with Joe at American Family for over 10 years or more now and I never had a problems at all. They have handled all my needs ASAP and the rates are affordable. I also recommend them to my friends and family who are looking to change their current Insurance. Also, they are always available when I need them.

  i've been with Joe for more than 20 years and have never had a problem. Joe and his staff is very courteous and caring. Claims have always been settled quickly and with no major problems. They do their best to take care of you. I would highly recommend Joe Thelen Agency.

  I have worked with Joe on all of my insurance needs for about 20 yrs. He continuously keeps an eye on my needs and recommends changes approriately as my needs have changed. He knows how to maximize my coverage and doesn't sell me things I cannot use. On the occasion that i have had claims, he is quick to respond and has never left me hanging. Joe's office staff also makes time to get to know me as a person as well, they too are always responsive and always know the answer to my question.

  I have been with American Family Insurance - Joe Thelen Agency for several years. When I call in to the receptionist I get nothing but professional assistance and a friendly visit. My claims have been handled every time something has happened to my poor truck. Almost completely rebuilt a section at a time. They have served me well as have all the people who help with the claims making sure everything is handled to my satisfaction not theirs.
