  The guy that was at the front was very nice. I think he's the manager and gave us a quote on what we needed fixed right then and what could wait. We had a small issue but as soon as we called them, they took care of it immediately. They even went to the trouble of sending us an apology card. Not all Auto repair places would have gone to the trouble.

  I'm a new customer to Eilenberger's Automotive and I couldn't be more impressed. The service was excellent. They explained all of the repairs in detail so I knew exactly what they would be doing. As they were fixing the original problem, they discovered a couple of other "simple fixes" that would improve the overall performance of my car without breaking the bank. They called me to authorize and then performed the repairs. My car runs GREAT!! I will definitely use Eilenberger's for all of my future repairs! Way to go Paul, Chris and Andrew!

  My experiences with Eilenberger's has always been amazing. My dad has been going there for years, and now so have I. They always take the time to explain everything (usually multiple times since I know nothing about cars), and make sure to work with me so I can get everything that needs to be done taken care of. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

  Want to extend a big thanks to Eilenberger's Auto. A truck I bought a month ago started knocking, so I took it into Eilenberger's, fearing the worst. They gave me a free ride home while they looked at the engine. Unfortunately, my nightmare came true; the truck had bent a rod, necessitating a new engine for a truck not worth as much as the repair would be. While making up my mind for a few days, they allowed me to park the truck in their lot, understanding the predicament I was in. I started considering an engine swap, but had Eilenberger's do an entire inspection to make sure the rest of the truck was worth it. Their inspection uncovered bad ball joints and a leaking radiator. Everything was going to be too expensive to justify. Understanding the devastating news for me, they didn't charge me for diagnosis or inspection. Owner, Paul, and front desk, Chris, were both helpful and professional. Great customer service guys, thanks!
