  I was in need of something special to add to some cross country coach gifts so, I decided to call Cookies by Design. Everything from my first phone call to the order itself was great. The cookies looked so cute mixed in with the gifts. Great customer service and the cookies are REALLY good! If you don't have a reason to place an order then at least stop in whenever you are shopping at Hobby Lobby (next door) and grab a few cookies! They sell them singularly like donuts. Very fresh and homemade tasting, some if the best I've had!

  My husband loved his cookies by design birthday cookie arrangement! I was a big hit and his team loved the cookies.

  Great customer service! Delivered the basket 2 hours before their scheduled delivery times because my husband was leaving the office early. She even called me to let me know she was outside his building.

  Excellent company to do business with. I had them customize an order and changed a delivery date a day early (the day of) and they made it all happen. Thanks to Nicky and the staff at Cookies by Design!
