  Cory, the man who took my order, greeted me when I came in, was friendly, knew the answers to my questions, and took my order correctly. They have quite a varied menu; lots of selections. Cory gave me some breadsticks, an empty cup with a lid and straw, and told me that he would bring my food out to me when it was ready. I like that the drinks are self serve so it’s easy to get refills. The Coke tastes great. If you’ve never had Fazoli‘s breadsticks, all by themselves they make the trip worthwhile. I only wanted two breadsticks before my food was served because they’re even more great when they’re hot. What is wrong with other restaurants that they do not copy how Fazoli‘s makes their breadsticks? In very few minutes, Cory brought my food to my table, and asked me if I wanted some fresh grated cheese on my main dish. Nice! The food tasted great and was served nice and hot. The restaurant is very clean, seating is distanced due to Covid, and you receive a new cup for each drink refill.

  Very friendly service! Cory did a fantastic job and welcomed my girlfriend and I with a smile and a great attitude! Definitely going to come back, food was really fresh and delicious!

  This location is ALWAYS clean with great food and excellent employees!! The service is outstanding at all times. Donna is a mainstay at the Overland Park restaurant and is on automatic cheerfulness!! Great place to eat...
