  Wow! My visit was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was very clean and bright. I felt confident that I was getting top notch care. I can’t recommend this location highly enough!

  With the current climate of COVID-19 patients and concerns, I didn't want to utilize the emergency rooms for sinus pain. From the location's front door, I used the Patient Plus Urgent Care app which allowed me to check-in online and complete all of the necessary paperwork, including taking images of my driver's license and insurance card.. After check-in, I was able to see where I stood in the cue. This gave me the opportunity to address some errands while keeping aware of my place in the cue. It moved from 19 people ahead of me to 1 person ahead of me, as I addressed errands within the vicinity. I enjoyed this opportunity, since it allowed me to better utilize my time. Once seen, the staff were courteous, professional, knowledgable and concerned with improving my health. As a return patient, I'm again satisfied and please with the high-quality service provided by Patient Plus Urgent Care - Broadmoor. I'll definitely refer friends and family to this location, during these stressful times.

  I was able to run errands and do things during my wait, by tracking the list on my phone! The staff was friendly and the place was clean! My visit was quick and efficient!

  They were very respectful efficient and helpful in all they did. They treated me with such regard I’d recommend any and everyone to come to this facility and this brand they’re very sweet people.

  You can make an appointment online, and when you get there you’re pretty much ready to go and they get you back fairly quick. Super nice clinical staff, would highly suggest to anyone

  It was a pleasure to meet the owner Jeff. I arrived just as he was closing, but he still welcomed me in and helped me find what I was looking for. He went above and beyond and called some other stores to see if they had a specific record. He has an extensive collection and great customer service!

  It's a cozy spot. Great selection of vinyl and the owner Jeff is super friendly; he started jamming some Ozzy while I was there. Finally, if the dog is there it is the friendliest little thing ever... it will help you browse.

  Wonderful place. Great selection of records in every genre. The staff is so friendly. I would highly recommend this store to any vinyl enthusiast in the metro area

  Such a nice little store! A friend and I noticed this shop last week when we were driving in the area and decided to stop by, and we had no idea what to expect. For as small as the store is, the selection is great! Jeff, the owner, has curated a wide variety of different genres both new and old. Prices were average to lower than average and I was excited to pick up a few albums from artists such as Johnny Cash, Billy Joel, Jimmy Buffet and even some not-so-famous albums that I like. Bonus points because the owner's dog hangs out in the shop too!
