(July 17, 2019, 7:13 am)Always get you in quickly, unlike CareNow where you sometimes have to wait literal hours. Staff is attentive, courteous and compassionate. They're surprisingly thorough. Also, theyre located in Hy-vee right across from the pharmacy (great pharmacy by the way. Much better than CVS , Walgreend and Costco) so if you need a prescription they automatically send it over and you have your medication in 15 minutes or less. I prefer this Urgent Care over my primary care doctor by far.

(January 27, 2019, 11:41 am)I wish I could give this operation 100 stars. Wow, Wow and Wow! (and it's pretty hard for me to say 'wow'). Kindness/professionalism/compassion/empathy over the phone that was magnified during my visit on Saturday. I wish I could use this team and location for all my medical needs but should a need come up in the future and I can't get in to see my family physician, this is where I'll be headed. Just top notch care and staff all the way.

The facility was very clean and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. I was seen by an NP Minh-anh who was very knowledgeable and treated me appropriately for my illness. I would definitely return to this location and recommend to anyone who needs quick quality care.
