My husband and I bought 4 gallons of gray-ish paint only to get it home and realize the paint had strong green undertones, which totally clashed with our accent wall (100% our fault - we were rushing and chose not to get samples first. Won't make that mistake again!).
We called the store and asked if they could return the paint, which they couldn't because it's tinted/made to order. My husband told the manager he might just have to buy all new paint, but the manager told us to come on in anyway because he thought he might be able to add other colors to the paint to make it look closer to what we wanted.
We were doubtful but headed there anyway. When we got to the store and a guy named Rob helped us. We told him we were prepared to bite the bullet and buy all new paint, but he encouraged us to let him try to fix it first. Forty minutes later and Rob had gotten the paint to be exactly the color we wanted! I was so impressed with Rob and the customer service at Spectrum's 103rd Street location, especially because they totally could have made more money off of us but they chose to help us save money instead. They didn't even charge us for all the extra work/color that it took to fix our mistake.
We are painting the whole interior of our house and I will continue to buy all our paint from this store. Great people and great customer service.
