  Apartments are beautiful! Staff is nice. Very quiet area. Only issue I has was the pool had a certain group that would be there all weekend every weekend and in my opinion (and others I spoke with) very inappropriate with their behavior and language. To the point I just didn't feel comfortable going to the pool, which was very disappointing.

  Lived her for 3 months and loving it. The office staff is hands down the best, they made our move in process effortless, and continue to go above and beyond for us.

  My boyfriend and I have been living at these apartments since December 2016, and we love it! We had my parents check out our apartment once we moved in, and they loved it so much too, that they now live here! The units are all beautifully updated, and quite a few come with attached garages (you have the option to rent a detached garage, as well). We've never had any issues with noise. It's extremely quiet for an apartment complex. Also, the grounds are kept really clean. Never had any issues with dog waste, and they mow the lawns regularly. All of the management staff is amazing! Ashley has been SUPER helpful with anything we've needed. Also, any maintenance requests sent in, have been completed in a timely manner, which is a HUGE plus. Another great thing about this place is the amenities! The pool area is super nice, as well as the fitness center. They've also done some pretty cool events, such as breakfast on the go, and $8 large pizzas to pick up at the office. Now as we all know, the cost to rent in the Overland Park area is ridiculous. For all that you get with these units, for this area, it's really a steal. You'd be hard pressed to find apartments as gorgeous as these, in Overland Park, for the price and square footage. Honestly no where else we'd rather live! Keep it up Kelly Reserve!
