“This is hands down the best floral shop in Kansas City, and I don't say that lightly! The flowers are stunning and the customer service is absolutely top notch. This has definitely become my go-to florist!! The morning after I placed my order I received an email from Jenifer Hall, the owner of the store. She wrote to tell me they were out of the long wooden box for the type of arrangement I had ordered and that she had a different size wooden box that would work. She asked if that would be okay with me and said if she didn't hear back, she would "just go ahead with that plan and make it GORGEOUS" for me. I mean, wow! I had not paid any attention to the type of box that came with the arrangement and I would have had no idea about the change, but Jenifer went out of her way to notify me, recommended a change, and did not delay the delivery waiting for a response from me (which I REALLY appreciated because I didn't see her email until the next day). Then the flowers arrived. I had ordered the Designer's Choice Garden Box and THEY. WERE. STUNNING! I have sent my parents flowers many times over the years, but these made a statement. My dad even called to tell me that this was "the most beautiful floral arrangement we have ever received, EVER!" I could not have been happier to hear that! Jenifer - Thank you SO much!!
