  This is the best place I have ever been. I have gone places where I get my glasses and then my eyes have to "adjust" to the prescription. This is not the case here. I can out them on and see clear right away. Fromt the front staff, the Drs and their glasses specialist they are all warm, helpful and amazing people! The best in my book! Love this place!!!!!

  I just love the staff here at Eye Associates Prairie Village! They are so sweet and helpful, always. I feel like my eyes are great hands with this team. I had my yearly eye exam last week, and they are all taking extra measures to ensure health and safety for everyone---the entire office is extraordinarily clean and sanitized, and everyone is wearing masks and being cautious. Dr. Muiller is super nice and smart, and she always shows me pictures of my corneas and explains things well. Mike, Beau, and Chris are really attentive, friendly, and helpful with purchasing or fitting glasses, ordering contacts, eye and vision testing, and insurance issues. These folks always make sure I get the maximum benefits allowed by my insurance and any extra rebates or discounts.
  
  I want to especially mention Kelly: not only is she very personable and sharp, but she was extra sweet to me when I was sick with Covid19 back in March and developed conjunctivitis (pinkeye). I called the office and it was closed, but she took great care of me and had me email her some (super gross) pictures, then Dr. M. called in Rx eyedrops for me (I believe Dr. Muiller was on maternity leave at the time, but she still made my care a priority). They always take great care of me, but I really was very appreciative with the way they went above and beyond to help me when I was ill and unable to come in. I can recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a caring, considerate, and overall terrific staff to help with your eye and vision needs!

  I recently had my first appointment at this location and it was an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly from the moment I called to let them know I had arrived. I felt like everything was running like a well oiled machine.
  I appreciated that Donna was willing to help me pick out some new glasses. Even though she then would have to go through and sanitize each one I deemed unworthy. She did it all with a smile and a great attitude.
  I was super blown away when I found out they could make my glasses the same day and I had them in no time. I got to wear them out. I've never not had to wait at least a week for my glasses. (I'm sure you may have to wait if they don't have the lenses on hand, but they did for me.)On top of that Mike, the man that fit my glasses, was very helpful in making sure I knew how to clean and care for my glasses.
  Overall a great experience! Thank you to Chris, Donna, Mike, Dr. Pennipede, and all other staff, for making this appointment one that will make me come back for any more eye needs!

  What great staff at this location. Go and see Kelly and Uncle Scott. I had a small emergency today with my son's reading glasses and even though the city is about to go on a shut down they were super helpful and got them fixed. Thank you so much!!

  Everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The staff is extremely helpful and super flexible. They are always willing to help out in any way they can. I’m grateful for their help over the years and it keeps me coming back!
