Hal was an absolute gem (pardon the pun) during this ring design processes. I felt like he was informative and honest, letting me know what is and isn’t in my budget or what would need to change—because he understood what was important to me. He was able to help me design this ring for my fiancé and she loves it. Obviously, it’s not traditional and we aren’t either! But Hal was able to help me navigate designing a new ring in my price range without it feel scary and there was NO PRESSURE. We will be signing my ring with Hal, when the time comes.

The best compliment I can give Hal is that his depth of knowledge and attention to detail is so impressive that he was able to design the perfect ring without ever meeting with me in person. Working with Hal was a win-win: my fiancé adores her ring and he made me look like a genius!

I always knew that I wanted an antique diamond for my engagement ring. I love the way an old european cut diamond sparkles! When my now husband and I started to shop around for an engagement ring, I was surprised how difficult it was to find a jeweler in our area that carried this specific diamond or knew how to get them. No one was really getting my vision. Luckily, my friend recommended Hal at Ruback Fine Jewelry. Hal worked with my husband so well and took the time to find exactly what I wanted. He is so knowledgable and created such a great customer service experience that it was a no brainer to go with them. Not only is my diamond one of the most breathtaking diamonds I have ever seen, but the craftsmanship of the setting is stunning. It is custom made to fit the stone and the attention to detail speaks for itself. I get compliments on my ring almost every day! While I love diamonds, I have never personally made a purchase of this size before!  Hal, Will, and his team were SO amazing to work with.  They were patient and hand held my husband and I through the whole process.  He understood our vision as well as budget and kept that all in mind when helping plan out our bands.  He made astute suggestions about the shape of diamonds we were choosing, how they would look with the other band, and clearly has YEARS of experience.  I'm so happy we didn't go with what we originally thought we wanted.

We were so happy with the final product!  The band is more beautiful than I could have imagined and can't wait to have it FOREVER!  With such a big purchase and something you are going to wear everyday, it is a big decision.  Ruback is a company that you can trust!!
